The US Army ACU (Army Combat Uniform) M-65 Field Jacket is the final pattern issued in the iconic M-1965 Field Jacket/Cold Weather Jacket.
Officially designated as a cold weather coat, it features the pixelated ACU camouflage pattern issued during the mid-2000s to 2010s.
Unlike older classic M-65 models, the ACU/UCP version modernized the design by removing the traditional shoulder epaulets and wrist protection flaps, while introducing extensive hook-and-loop (Velcro) panels on the sleeves and chest for rank, unit patches, and name tapes.
It retains core features like the heavy-duty front zipper with a snap storm flap, four large front cargo pockets, an internal draw-cord waist, and a concealed hood stowed inside the collar.
