NEW/NEVER ISSUED US Army ACH and PASGT Cat Eye Helmet Band (CL-3) in Foliage Green.
These durable elastic bands are designed to secure helmet covers, hold camouflage foliage, and provide night identification. It features twin sewn-in luminous "cat-eye" strips that glow in the dark to aid in friend-or-foe identification during night operations (simply flip the band over to hide the cat eyes).
