These are new in the box but have been cut (one single cut to the air chamber), V-Bottom life raft, CO2 cartridge not included, oral inflation system does work and will hold air (but again these do have a cut along the bottom air chambers), dated 2013, NSN: 4220-01-272-8004, Prop/Display only item
