This pneumatic life preserver was designed for the US Air Force to be worn over the shoulders and under parachute and restraint harnesses without causing interference in parachute deployment. It is approved for use during flights over water and near water obstacles. It works great for rafters too! The flotation bladder pouches under the arms can be gas or orally inflated. Like new, open box, slight storage wear.
