Jane Howell, retiring director of the MSUB Library, thought a red British phone booth was “an interesting way to remember the funny English lady.” So, she purchased the authentic phone booth from Billings Army Navy Surplus and had it restored. Then she donated it to the Montana State University Library in Billings, Montana in remembrance of her 4 decades of service there.
