Shipping Policy
Billings Army Navy Surplus provides same-day-shipping on all orders received before 1:00 p.m. (E.S.T.). Items can be shipped via Standard Overnight FedEx, Express SaverFedEx. Orders of excessive weight will require special shipping arrangements by calling customer service. Please call for shipping and handling charges for orders shipping outside the continental U.S.

Please allow 3-5 days for shipment of items via Ground within the United States. Items cannot be shipped to Post Office boxes. All items are shipped FOB shipping point. Items not accepted at the destination point and returned to Billings Army Navy Surplus will result in shipping reimbursement charges plus a 25% restocking fee. Sorry, no COD orders accepted.

Calculated shipping rates are estimates only and subject to change based on actual shipping rates. You will be contacted if rates are significantly more than estimated.

Credit Policy
Billings Army Navy Surplus accepts Visa and MasterCard for purchases.

Stock Availability
We stock a full range of popular items and supplies in our inventory to ensure a quick response to your order. Orders that are not in stock may be drop shipped to your address directly from our vendor. In this case, additional shipping charges may apply. If order is to be shipped directly from the vendor, you will be contacted by Customer Service prior to shipment to confirm your order and shipping charges.

Return Policy
Prior to returning any product, you must call our customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Parts that are defective within 90 days of the shipping date may be returned for replacement. Return of unused product must be within 30 days of the shipping date and will be credited less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and insurance charges will not be credited. No product may be returned without a valid RMA number. Product must be returned to Billings Army Navy Surplus 10 days after issuance of RMA number. Unused product must be returned in the original condition with all packing material, manuals, registrations cards, etc.

Privacy
We will not sell or give your information to anyone for any reason other than a court order.  All credit card information is shredded once the transaction is complete.

Sales & Use Tax
Billings Army Navy Surplus operates in the State of Montana and does not assess sales and use taxes on products shipped from Montana. Drop shipments directly from manufacturers may result in applicable sales tax charges.
