Welcome to the Spring 2009 edition of the General News, the website newsletter from Billings Army Navy Surplus Store, Inc. We are the largest genuine military retailer in the Northwest.
Spring has finally come to our part of the world. Everyone is looking forward to the coming months and getting into the great outdoors. As always, we have accumulated some of the greatest values in genuine military gear, sure to peak your interest. Many of these items have limited quantities and all are exceptional values.
10-Man Arctic Tents
For the first time in many years we were able to secure a large inventory of genuine military issue 10-man Arctic Canvas tents, new and in their original wrappings and crate. This has only happened a handful of times in our 28 years of business. These tents are waterproof and fireproof canvas complete with liner, poles, ropes, stakes and carry bag. They also come complete with a stove jack and sod cloth.
These tents are 17 feet in diameter and are designed for heavy snow loads and wind. Backcountry outfitters love them! They make great hunting camps, family camping tents and survival shelters. Don't forget to look at all our other tent options as well, such as cots and bunkbeds, sleeping bags, heating and cooking stoves, kitchens and cookware. Last Chance to Own an Original
Royal British Phone Booth!
We are now down to only one of the original Royal British Telephone Booths. This is the original cast iron phone booth from the 1940s to 1950s that we have all seen in photos and in the movies. This bright red, stately booth is complete, sized 3' x 3' x 8', has the original signage and the cast British crowns. Originally these were listed at $5,000.00, this last one is reduced to $2,999.95. At left is one of these displayed in a customer's garden area. This is the ultimate home decor or lawn ornament!

Chinese Military AK-47 Chest Rigs are back in stock. This vintage 7-pocket rig is designed to hold AK-47 magazines, loose rounds, etc. There are three tall center pouches measuring 9" T x 3" W x 2" D. The four side pouches (2 on each side), measure 3.5" T x 3" W x 2" D. All pouches have flap covers with wood toggle closures. Heavy adjustable canvas webbing shoulder straps have leather keepers. This is a vintage find and very rare. We had been out of stock with this popular item for over a year so don't delay — they won't last long. Don't forget to check out all of our other Chinese military items.
MRES are the mainstay in the soldier's diet. These super-fortified meal packets are quick, easy, flavorful and filling. They can be eaten directly out of the packet, heated in water, or with the included self-heating packet. We have a very large selection of complete meals, main courses, and cases. These are real government issue MREs, not the mil-spec knockoffs. Take them hiking, hunting or anywhere a quick and easy hot meal is needed. These are great for long-term food storage and survival in these trying times. Quantity pricing is available.

The snow in the high country will soon be melting and rivers will be running high.
